Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Order Processing & Shipping: We strive to prepare and ship all orders within 48 hours during our Monday–Friday processing schedule, excluding holidays. Weekend orders: Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will begin processing on the following business day. Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping service. Bake A Cake does not offer free returns unless an error was made on our behalf. We will cover return shipping costs if you received an incorrect product, your order was fulfilled incorrectly, or an item arrived damaged during transit. If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as changing your mind or not liking the product, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
