What You'll Learn

🫓 Week 1 — Flavor & Tradition
Kick off the program with two beloved classics! Learn to make flaky, golden empanadas and the iconic, crowd-pleasing mostachón. We're starting sweet and savory — because why choose?

🥭 Week 2 — Fresh & Fruity
Roll into the delicious world of Swiss rolls! You'll bake and fill a beautiful mango roll and a fresh strawberry roll — light, elegant, and absolutely irresistible.

🦄 Week 3 — Cake Decorating: Unicorn Style
Time to decorate! You'll bake and cover a vanilla cake and bring it to life with a magical unicorn design — think swirls, florals, and a whole lot of sparkle. ✨

🌺 Week 4 — Folklor Two-Tier Cake
Finish strong with a showstopping two-tier Folklor-inspired cake. You'll learn the techniques to stack, cover, and decorate a cake that celebrates culture and artistry in every layer.
